  • What is the RGCC network?

  • Do I need to sign any paperwork?

    Yes, you will be required to sign a declaration form known as a non-dangerous goods document. This form ensures the safety of the sample you are sending, affirming that it is not hazardous, harmful, or a potential contaminant to public health.

  • Where is the RGCC Network based?

  • Do I need an import permit to send specimens?

    You will need a document called an audit UN3373. This document indicates the origin of the sample and gives the courier packaging and shipping precautions. It is required to import the biological substances in the samples to our facility in Greece.

  • I am a clinician. How do I join the RGCC Network?

  • Which couriers can I use to send samples to RGCC?

  • Why aren’t RGCC tests offered by my healthcare provider?

    RGCC's tests are at the forefront of medical science and are not currently part of standard offerings by healthcare providers. Institutions such as the NHS are actively exploring genetic testing for cancer diagnosis and treatment. While genetic testing is expected to become more widespread in the future, RGCC is already providing access to the benefits of personalized medicine.
