July 22, 2026 – Jakarta, Indonesia: RGCC International, a global leader in cancer diagnostics and precision oncology, and Genomik Solidaritas Indonesia ("GSI"), a laboratory and diagnostics enterprise duly incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) marking a significant milestone in the advancement of personalized cancer diagnostics and molecular medicine in Indonesia. The agreement lays the foundation for a comprehensive cancer diagnostics center of excellence in the country, pioneering a multimodal precision oncology approach that aims to transform the standard of cancer care for Indonesian patients and the broader ASEAN region.
The MOU signing was formally presented to H.E. Mr. Febrian Alphyanto Ruddyard, Vice Minister of the National Development Planning of the Republic of Indonesia, on July 22, 2026, in a meeting attended by Dr. Ioannis Papasotiriou, Founder and Director of RGCC International, and Mr. Mikhail Kiang Jia Rong, Regional Director of RGCC Global, alongside GSI's Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Anindya Pradipta Sustanto, Director Mr. Budi Hermawan, and Product Manager Ms. Mariana Surya.
Following a presentation of the agreement, H.E. Mr. Ruddyard expressed strong enthusiasm for the initiative and conveyed the Indonesian Government's full support for its continued development, recognizing its potential to significantly strengthen Indonesia's cancer diagnostic capabilities and improve patient outcomes nationwide.

The MOU represents a phased, strategic collaboration between RGCC and GSI with the ambition of transforming cancer diagnostics in Indonesia. At its core, the agreement addresses a critical and currently unmet need: the limited availability of advanced local molecular diagnostic services, a gap that has long constrained the ability of Indonesian oncologists and patients to access the full benefits of precision medicine.
The collaboration is structured around several strategic objectives. First and foremost, RGCC and GSI aim to establish a comprehensive cancer diagnostics centre of excellence in Indonesia, combining GSI's local infrastructure with RGCC's scientific platform expertise. This will enable the introduction and scaling of advanced cancer diagnostic services within the Indonesian healthcare market, including ctDNA analysis, tumor tissue genomic profiling via NGS panels, and functional Circulating Tumor Cell (CTC) analysis.
Central to the collaboration is the ambition to pioneer a multimodal precision oncology approach that integrates genomic profiling with functional tumor biology assessments, addressing a significant unmet clinical need in Indonesia and the broader Southeast Asian region. Looking further ahead, both parties intend to explore the development and delivery of advanced cell therapy services in Indonesia, subject to applicable regulatory approvals. Ultimately, the Collaboration Entity is positioned to serve as a regional reference laboratory capable of supporting oncologists, hospitals, and research institutions across Indonesia and potentially the wider ASEAN region.
Definitive commercial agreements are expected to be negotiated and executed within twelve (12) months of the MOU's effective date.
